有子宮肌瘤想做終止懷孕

醫生你好，本人已育有兩名子女，但最近意外懷孕，到家計會登記接受終止懷孕手術，但到手術當日才高知本人有1粒3cm子宮肌瘤，然後就話風險會較高，手術後子宮收縮可能會出較多血，其實想請問本人情況如要做此手術，請問是否真的危險? 成功機會高嗎？謝謝
