有子宮肌瘤，適合戴子宮環嗎？

醫生你好！
本人44歳，由上年6月起因經月過多，婦科醫生提議經期時服用止血藥，情況是有改善。到今年3月體檢時，發現有1粒1.5cm的子宮肌瘤。
現想請問，本人現在的身體情況適合戴子宮環作避孕用途嗎？
