小兒突然濕疹近半年

病患者女 - 5.5歲

女兒前半年開始手部長濕疹，嚴重時半夜會癢，時好時壞。曬太陽後，手有局部一小圈一小圈是反白曬不黑，請問反白的部分也是因為濕疹的關係嗎？該看兒科或皮膚科?謝謝!
