認知障礙及情緒問題

病患者女 - 81歲

媽媽是高血壓膽固醇長期病患者，近來開始好冇記性，冇時間觀念，情緒好易激動，經公立醫院做認知障礙測試後醫生建議佢去社區中心，冇處方藥物。但她很抗拒去社區中心等，而且情緒越來越差，易發脾氣，有時小睡後會亂講嘢或唔知自己做緊乜。想再睇多次專科，但應看老人科或精神科？是否有藥物可舒緩？
