子宮病變

病患者女 - 45歲
醫生你好！
我有位朋友 ，月經不調！ 經婦科檢查後子宮有病變？
醫生 建議她戴子宮環， 但最近她要求醫生 ，切除子宮手術 減低子宮癌風險！ 我問醫生 我為朋友如果唔做 切除子宮手術 ？會子宮會變癌嗎？ 其次這個手術要全切嗎 可以做微創嗎?
