係腸胃還是胰臟問題

病患者女 - 25歲

近一個月一日去三次大便，大便臭好似不是普通臭，最尾個次係屙水，明明一日食四餐，容易肚餓，體重有些下降，近兩星期隱約食完野後有些想嘔感覺，係出咩事?
