懷疑Stilnox的問題

歐陽醫生, 你好!

請問什麼是 (夜食症 Night Eating Syndrome) 和晚飯過後肚餓想吃東西有什麼分別?

我長期失眠有服Stilnox安眠藥的習慣, 每次服後有想吃東西的現象, 是否此藥有興奮的成份? 如改吃醫生開的情緒藥 (Citalopram) 都可能會有此情況嗎?
