卵巢水瘤

病患者女 - 31歲

醫生你好! 本人5年前左邊卵巢曾患畸胎瘤 5CM 並已微創手術切除, 最近發現同一位置有5-6CM 水瘤, 月經週期28天正常, 未生育, 並且沒有任何不適, 想請問:

- 水瘤是否可能因為第一次手術遺留未清除乾淨的組織引致?

- 醫生建議我再次做手術, 因為6CM體積不小可能會爆裂, 一般來說水瘤無故爆裂的機會大嗎?

- 就算切除水瘤, 番發的機會仍很大?

- 性行為時一直有痛楚, 是因為水瘤的影響?
