你好醫生！我有兩個問題。我平時翻學會用保溫盒裝飯菜，因為喺學校所以我食完之後唔能夠即刻洗要留到翻屋企先洗到，所以我會用殺菌嗰種洗潔精洗碗，洗乾淨D有無問題？第二就係我嘅保溫飯盒出面係有個保溫飯袋裝住，我唔知係咪裝得耐咗有陣味（我成日煮魚有股腥味）不過我飯盒係密封嘅，請問如果平時淨係愛黎裝飯盒會晤會交叉感染？
