關於Stilnox

張醫生, 你好!

我因長期失眠, 吃了Stilnox已數十年, 發覺每晚吃了之後, 控制不到便想吃東西, 但吃了東西後又要飲水, 所以半夜醒來又要如厠, 不能再入睡, 這情況很困擾

請問有什麼方法解決? 如不吃安眠藥, 改吃情緒藥後都會一樣想吃東西嗎?
