你好醫生,替朋友發問男:最近不知道為什麼作夢時,遇到偶像時,緊張的時候,例如簽名,自拍時,身體陰莖不自覺好像小便的感覺,然後醒來發現好像是精的液体,但我不確定,到底是什么情況?有什么方法可以改善?
