請問盆骨後傾會怎樣醫治?

請問盆骨後傾會怎樣醫治?
我已經有盆骨向後傾斜, 加上盆骨左高右低, 坐系椅子上面會有後傾的情況站起來的時候有明顯的盆骨旋轉,加上腰部好累.但沒有痛楚
需要照x ray?因為我之前照過,但已經系好耐事情

請問一下肱骨會唔會錯位?我之前做運動時候聽到肱骨啪左一聲,跟住我就摸到我的肱骨好似前移位了,手下垂放鬆時候肱骨會向後舉起..肱骨會唔會影響到肩胛骨?
