請問是否龜頭炎？

何醫生你好，大約在二個禮拜前龜頭好痕然後去了藥房買了支 protacon cream藥膏塗之後不痕但係好紅有一次在沖涼的時候用手擦了一下龜頭紅的位置流了血很擔心現在還甩皮不過沒有生任何東西和流出任何液物，很擔心請問是否龜頭炎還是其他病（我有經常清洗龜頭的習慣）
