包皮過長

你好，

我是成年人，包皮屬於過長，但小便或勃起時也可以完全露出龜頭，平常亦沒發炎，性愛也正常，基本上不割也可。

只是覺得包皮有點長，但又想保留未勃起時包皮能夠包著龜頭。不知道可否只割掉長了少少的一部份？

請問割包皮可否局部切割少少？這樣的切割應用哪種手術比較適合？收費又如何？
