背脊骨痛

我前幾年發現腰後面背脊骨有一節按下去係痛既
我冇理會，最近，心口後面既脊骨有一節按下去都痛，仲有接近頸脊骨都有一節係痛。請問我係出左咩問題？點解會咁嘅？ 係咪需家啪骨整番正佢？
