做激光治療有冇問題？

醫生你好，我小腹兩側 2邊腹股溝處痛咗兩年，做咗好多檢查都發現唔到原因，曾經做過婦科泌尿科及腸胃科檢查都搵唔到任何發現，想請問如果我做激光治療對哩個痛症有冇幫助？？由於我痛嘅位置比較尷尬屬於下腹三角區位，如果我嚟做激光治療有冇問題？？
