精液量極少

病患者男 - 18歲

你好醫生，本人今年18歲。自從學識自慰開始，大約一星期會做2到3次，然而精液量非常非常少，大約只會有一至兩滴，甚至更少。其形態會係透明水水的，唔似一般精液咁係帶白色有黏性。請問是身體有什麼問題嗎？
