精索靜脈曲張

病患者男 - 47歲

最近突發覺左睪丸有些下垂，經普通科醫生轉介照超聲波後確診有左側精索靜脈曲張。沒有痛，只是坐下感覺有些脹(其實這感覺一直也有，之前冇留意)，平躺下時曲張會有明顯的改。從網上訊息得知以我這年紀有機會是因腎臟有腫瘤壓迫所致；想請教我這樣的情況得腎腫瘤的機率高嗎？若真的這麼不幸，通常會是第幾期呢？實在有點擔心
