小腹及肛門痛

病患者女 - 33歲

起初只是左側小腹及肛門痛 ，後來連右邊小腹都痛 ，最近連腰背都痛埋 ， 曾經做過電腦素描 但發現祕尿科結石 ， 想請問醫生腸炎會唔會咁？
