還未可以痾尿

病患者女 - 37歲

本人太太在半年前因為子宮頸癌，做了子宮完全切除手術，也做了電療，但一直也不能自主排尿，在公立醫院見了泌尿科醫生之後，他說我太太已後日子也不能自主排尿。
現在想問，這種情況會發生嗎，有醫治的方法嗎，煩請提供專業意見。
