頭痛

病患者男 - 43歲

想請問各位專科醫生,本人頭痛已痛了十多日,有曾經無緣無故流過一次鼻血,同埋經常性"暈一暈",有睇過普通科醫生,醫生亦開了特效藥,食了不痛,不食又痛,他已寫紙給我睇專科醫生,但本人真唔知睇"腦神經科"還是"腦外科"~謝謝各位~
