不知该怎么办了

您好，这个问题已经困扰我一年时间了。症状是手脚脸部耳朵刺痛麻木，经过各个诊室检查没有身体问题。在内地被诊断为焦虑症身心症状，吃了很多抗焦虑药基本没有效果，严重影响了我的生活，现在工作也辞去在家休息，因为时间拖较长心情也很不好，平时容易焦虑紧张。请问下医生我这种情况应该怎么办，还有希望痊愈吗谢谢！请问下您可以国语交流吗因为我不会讲广东话
