12歲男孩乳頭位置下有硬塊

你好，我的12歲孩子告知我覺得右乳頭位置用手指㩒感到有硬塊，已數星期，㩒有少少痛但平時吾覺痛，是否男孩子青春期發育問題? 還是其它?

有沒有需要注意的地方? 他現正轉聲中，生得比較細小，暫未有其他發育特徵。謝謝!
