微創手術

病患者女 - 47歲

我有一個6cm 的朱古力瘤生在卵巢上，同時也有一個 3cm 的机瘤生在子宮後，請問有甚麼可做？如用微創手術，可否切除，子宮，卵巢，輸卵管呢？
