懷疑有牙石

病患者男 - 21歲

本人近日發現下排最後的牙齒(大約是第三大臼齒)與最後的牙肉之間有硬物,用牙刷掂有時會出血,所以懷疑係牙石,但係它藏在牙肉下,把我的牙肉拱起像山洞一樣,搞到我不肯定是智慧齒還是牙石

我是否應洗牙?
另外若先睇牙醫再洗牙收費會否貴很多
最後若是牙石該位置是否需麻醉做手術價錢會否很貴?
