小儿流鼻血

小儿今年3岁多，去年2月早晨发现流鼻血，量不少。之后6月又流，量多，去医院医生给开了润鼻药膏。

9月回内地，医生诊断为过敏性鼻炎。后回香港看专科，医生开了洗鼻水同氯苯那敏，使用没有效果，昨天一晚上流了两次鼻血，又叫有鼻涕，一直擦鼻，严重影响睡眠，想问看看，还需要做哪些检查确诊，是否是过敏性鼻炎，要如何治疗？
