懷疑抑鬱症

病患者女 - 16歲

醫生你好，我現在在求學階段，但發覺常常不能集中精神溫書。令到成績一落千丈，覺得自己好冇用。諗過死咗就一了百了。同埋我就算睡好長時間起身仲係好攰。同家人關係一般，而且個人越嚟越冇信心，唔想出街，寧願留在家中嘗試溫習，但沒有成效，又會亂咁諗嘢。
家人負擔到睇私家醫生，我的情況是否應要看醫生呢？如果食藥對我的病情會否有幫助？
