持續性吞嚥困難及大便有血

家父約75歲,近一個月來腸胃開始出現問題,持續性吞嚥困難及大便有血,家父去厠所時聽聲音好似去大便都會瀉,請問是否有很大機會患癌? 非常擔心! 需作什麼的檢查呢? 謝謝!!
