病患者男 - 22歲

左腳的腳面和腳踝突然出現瘀血, 範圍佔大半隻腳面, 沒有撞傷或扭傷, 不痛也不癢, 用"喜療妥" 藥膏後可散瘀, 已抽血檢驗, 報告結果正常
請問為什麼會無故出現瘀血呢?
