陰莖內發現硬塊

病患者男 - 33歲

本人33歲、早前在陰莖軸內發現一少粒硬化、現在硬化好像有擴大成血管狀，沒有太大痛楚。請問這時什麼症狀需要睇什麼醫生?能夠自行痊癒嗎?
