日間會無端端入睡

病患者男 - 33歲

本人弟弟現年33歲，體重200lb, 身高173cm，經常在日間會無端端入睡，例如在家陪小孩子玩的時侯，與家人出外用餐時(當然是自己已經用餐完畢)。工作時間約每天12小時，晚上約睡7小時。他有嚴重鼻敏感，睡覺時鼻鼾聲非常大。

以上很影響日常活動，請問醫生這是病嗎？可以如何治療？謝謝！
