腰痛+懷疑尿道炎

你好

我最近一個星期發現腰痛，而且越來越嚴重，而且最近2天開始發現一旦少飲水就會出現類似尿道炎的症狀，即是小便時會痛，但是大量飲水可暫時解決問題，但翌日起身又會有相同的問題，自瀆射精時也會感到痛，我的爸爸有腎病的，我很擔心我也會有相同的病。
