內耳失衡

病患者女

本人患有耳鳴,最近耳朵一下子很大声嚮,跟著就暈,吃了止暈藥也暈,看過耳鼻喉專科,檢查鼻咽冇事,話內耳失衡,請問是否沒法根治?

現在不敢上班,怕突然病發。謝謝!
