雙眼皮修復

因為天生一單一雙，只想平衡不想要貼膠紙了，大概7年前有美容師游說做吊線雙眼皮，但出來效果其實不好，一直還腫腫的，但初期還可以，現在已經鬆下來，已困擾多年，之前資詢過其他美容院都說不做修復....。
請問如果要做割的嗎？可以再做嗎？時間及費用多少?
