小便有血

病患者男 - 23歲

你好 最近兩日小便時 發現尿中帶血 (不是鮮血)
而且龜頭痕癢
而本人一直有自慰習慣 ，沒有與別人性交經驗
請問會不會純粹是自慰時弄損龜頭而導致
是否暫停自慰一段時間便會復完 謝謝
