整個頭很多油,有瘡

病患者男 - 25歲

本人的頭從幾年前開始不斷出油。
包括頭皮/臉部。
每晚十點洗頭,第二早睡醒後就全頭都是油,要再洗一次。
早上8點洗完頭,下午3點開始多油。越多油就越易脫髮。
頭髮尾端有時能摸到一粒像是油脂的東西,另外會經常痕癢。

另外我臉部不斷生瘡。口乾。
