胸口肉粒

病患者男 - 40+歲

胸口早年有有膿痘, 有啲冇膿, 試過自己擠咗佢, 有啲又擠唔出膿, 但又不退, 成了好似瘡嘅暗紅肉粒,有單獨亦有兩粒連埋, 平日不痛, 但有時可能天氣關係又好痕, 年紀大咗, 出咗10餘粒, 請問是什麼?可否根治?謝謝幫忙
