長期有一個鼻孔塞了

病患者男 - 21歲

醫生你好
我大約兩年前做手術全身麻醉了兩次
出院不久發現長期有一個鼻孔塞了
如果我頭向左則 就會左邊鼻孔塞 相反則向右 就右邊鼻孔塞
請問我這是什麼問題 是有東西卡在裡面嗎還是和麻醉有關?
