飯後作嘔,嘔痰,頭暈

醫生你好,近兩三個月一飯後就有作嘔的感覺,很多時會有一D白痰嘔出,最近一個月試過有兩三次係飯後嘔吐(即時將食既野嘔返出來),但嘔後就什麼事也沒有

以及訓低,起身有頭暈的感覺(持續數秒,定下來感覺就會消失)

請問是什麼事?
