何醫生你好，不好意思，想問問兩條問題
1）如果女方幫助男方口交，而口交位置只限於陰囊位置，而陰囊位置並沒有傷口，男方會否感染性病
2）男方接受女方用手幫助自慰，誰知竟發現女方的手有細微傷口（類似被紙張邊位割損既傷口大小），男方感染性病或hiv既風險大嗎，感謝萬分
