小腹2側痛

醫生你好，本人有大半年時間小腹三角位近左邊膀胱位經常痛，後來連右邊都痛埋，間中腰痛，小便正常，無血尿，不過有時感覺尿道入面好似抽2吓痛，請問會係泌尿科問題嗎？會有結石可能嗎？
