盆腔小腹2側都經常痛

醫生你好，本人喺4個月前肛門入面深處經常痛，盆腔小腹2側都經常痛！初時係左邊痛咗一段時間，到後期連右邊都痛埋，痛到恥骨位及有時摸到細小腫塊，唔痛時就摸唔到，請問會唔會腸有間題？
