患有前列腺炎

病患者男 - 27歲

近日患有前列腺炎
本身陰囊左邊有精索靜脈曲張
同時發現左邊附睪好像變大了
側邊看左邊明顯比右邊大
但沒有感到腫脹下墜感 也沒有什麼不適
這樣需要做超聲波等檢查嗎?
