頭頸非常不適，2年

病患者男 - 29歲

2年左右，最近1年加重

症狀
- 整個頸和頭有壓力，脹感，暈感
- 頭頂不定位置常有凍，麻痺感覺
- 轉頭，望上下，不順暢，浮，暈感覺
- 坐著時感覺支撐不起頭，脹、壓力感
- 身稍前傾時往上望，頸後會很痛，症狀加重

X光除了頸椎過直外其他也正常，頭/頸MRI 西醫也說正常

想請教一下醫生..
這是生理還是精神有問題？
