腦血管泡

醫生你好，家人最近因為跌倒做了腦部mri 和mri，醫生說可能有個血管泡，建議做ct睇清楚，請問應該到腦外科還是腦神經科跟進？
跌倒後兩個多月，頭（撞倒的位置）還是有點痛，但是mri結果好像沒事，會否是其他什麼病嗎？謝謝
