咽喉逆流症?還是胃酸倒流？

病患者男 - 25歲

你好，在4個月前突然感覺頸和胸有點發熱，感覺像發炎，看了多次醫生無效.
我說話比較沙啞和困難，但是所有病徵都是在我站起來的時候才會發生，如果訓低幾乎所有病徵都好像舒緩了，但是一站起來便再回來.
最後是即使病徵是站起來才發生，也是突然來突然消失，令我開始擔心患癌.
