患上直腸性病機會大嗎？

病患者男 - 32歲

本人六月中在街外用性玩具玩過肛肉直腸後（有用安全套的），肚子就一直不舒服到現在，感覺總是想去大便，經常有屁放，一是去不到，去到的話多數是搞肚痛。因為性格偏向緊張，很易胃痛肚痛，想了解一下有可能的了直腸的性病嗎？
