長期有嘔吐感

病患者女 - 18歲

由上年9月尾偏桃膝發炎，食左一個月抗生素之後一直宜家，經常會嘔同有嘔吐感，嚴重影響到日常生活。
成日會頭痛、頭暈、嘔、冇胃口食野，但體重冇咩下降。
請問同情緒/壓力大有關嗎？
需要做胃鏡檢查嗎？
