骨折

病患者男 - 56歲

我爸爸原先有心臟病（心辦窄），照正電子掃描發現懷疑骨髓瘤，引致右手手臂自然骨折，出面醫生説現在首要步驟是做手術處理骨折和抽骨組織檢查，但他的心臟對手術有風險（因全身麻醉關係）。
現請問醫生，有誰骨科醫生他能否幫他做骨折手術？如果只在手臂抽組織，不做骨折手術，一定要全身麻醉嗎？謝謝。
