拍蚊濺出的血

被蚊咬並不會感染愛滋病，不知以下情況如何。今天在公園被蚊咬，立刻將它拍死，不少鮮血立刻從蚊的身上溢出，並沾在我剛剛被蚊咬的皮膚上。若這些血是此蚊剛剛吸了愛滋病人的血，我有沒有感染風險?現在很是擔心。
